The room was very nice and it was convenient to our location needs. Good Breakfast except for rock hard biscuits.

I loved my experience at this Hyatt location! Great friendly staff, the rooms were cozy, with good breakfast options. Also a great location right next to the highway, lots of good food places and shopping near.

The advertisement stated there was a Restaurant and Bar. our non-cancellable reservation un-warned that the facility was under renovation, which was noisy very early. We spent more than normally wanting onsite rest and bar. Toilet paper was poorest ever.

Very nice rooms, clean and front desk night staff was amazing I really liked the gentleman that was always friendly and had a smile on his face. We stayed here for two weeks because my husband will be working here for a month and a half, what I did not like is that the last two last days were very noisy in the morning the cleaning people are pretty noisy which it’s okay but I guess they were doing work on the room above us and they were noisy. The last night we were there the light above the toilet started to leak, we had to switch room which sucks because we were switched to a room with a queen bed, we have a toddler and just had a c section so we did need the larger bed. And on the room we were put in was next to the pool and for some reason it was being cleaned at 11 pm… we couldn’t get out kids to sleep with all the noise. 😏 Also the breakfast was amazing.

My Heat/AC unit was leaking all over the floor, huge remodel being done at front entrance, slow draining sink, breakfast not out during the hours posted (6a-9a), fitness center is a joke. I thought Hyatts were supposed to be a step above? Bed was comfortable.

The bedding had stains. The bathroom was entirely too small the toilet and bathtub were literally next to each other you could use the bathroom and bathe at the same time. There was not enough seating for breakfast for as many guests that arrived

I strongly suggest avoiding this place while their construction is ongoing. You can't work in the room during the day because of the incessant noise. The construction continued until 6pm. The rooms are in horrible condition so the renovation is needed but they shouldn't continue to accept guests. The location is great if you're visiting a nearby company but there's lots of other options. The breakfast is also unacceptable. It's standard Hyatt Place food but the eggs are cold every morning.
